So. AnimeNEXT. It was kind of SERIOUSLY AMAZING!!! I so wish I could have been there for longer than just today...

...Unfortunately, I don't have time to give a full con report right now... but there will be one later!! Complete with a MASSIVE picspam!! So... just a few highlights for now:

-SO MANY EPIC COSPLAYS OF EPICNESS.

-GLOMP CIRCLES ARE FUN. But not to be done with Maya!skirts, for future reference.

-I can survive a con with only $20 spending money. But it's very, very hard to do.

-SOMEONE WAS SELLING SHIGURE SOHMA'S KIMONO AND I WANTED IT SO BAD.

-I don't know who he is, or where he's from, or anything about him at all. BUT THE KYOUYA COSPLAYER I WAS TALKING TO IN THE KARAOKE ROOM MADE MY LIFE COMPLETE. He was even flirting with me!! Guys never flirt with me because I usually intimidate them too much but this was really nice!! Seriously, I want to find this guy again. Just so I can internet!stalk him or something.

-MY CON FRIENDS ARE AMAZING AND FOR THOSE OF YOU I GOT TO SEE- IT WAS SO COOL SEEING YOU!! For those of you I didn't- I NEED TO SEE YOU SOMETIME SOON!!

I don't know how, but I actually forgot to bring the money, beyond what I'd need for ticket and train fare. Of course, the entire time I was agonizing over the awesome stuff I couldn't get, but... yeah. Never repeating that experience again. XD

I think the first time I went to NYCC I only expected to spend like $40...food included....And that was so hard for me! Believe me when I go to NYAF I plan on brining major amounts of money!

It's okay... I still managed to survive and have a good time, so it's all good. XD

Oh man... that's awful. When I first went to a con, I brought all of my money, which was around $100. I didn't think I would spend it all though- I just wanted it just in case. When I was going home though, and realized that just about all of it was gone I had one of the biggest "...eheheh" moments of my life... XD

It's good to hear you had fun @ ANEXT :3 And wow w/only $20! I should siriusly bring less money to cons to stop myself from spending so much x__x

But yeah... I don't know how, but I actually forgot to bring the money for the con. Beyond what I'd need to get there and get in, I mean. It's something I hope never to repeat. I still had a lot of fun though. :D

Don't worry, there will be some!! Only a few- a surprisingly low number of people cosplayed Avatar, but there are still a bunch~
