Mmkay, thoughts on tonight's Heroes...

( Ah, Heroes. Why so awesome? )

How come almost all of the characters I currently/used to RP are either dead or are very closely connected with the dead? I mean, I have/had Maya, AU Maya Edgeworth, Eden, Shiki... and now I'm RPing Maya on the MSN Ace Attorney RP. Was that the brightest move I could have made, signing up for that? No. No it was not. Will I do it and love it anyway? Absolutely.

...Fandom is taking over my life in ways I never would have believed. People can't say "hold it" when they want me to wait for them anymore without me giggling, and asking them to present evidence if they've even heard of Ace Attorney. One of the answers in the crossword in todays New York Times crossword puzzle was "Eureka". I can't even flip on the light anymore without wondering "if I flip the switch, will it turn Light on?" and I'm always so happy when the answer is yes... I think I need more of a life. But this one is so fun!!  XD

So, on a much more serious note, my great aunt's in the hospital. I mean, you would think that when a 94 year old woman is leaning on the open car door of a taxi while her 50-something year old relative is getting her walker out of the trunk (something that the cabbies are supposed to help with, by the way, which this guy was not), you would notice a) one of the doors on your cab is open, and b) A 94 YEAR OLD WOMAN IS LEANING ON IT, and you WOULDN'T START JUST DRIVING OFF AFTER YOUR TRUNK WAS CLOSED. Leaving my great aunt to fall to the ground, breaking her wrist so she has to stay in the hospital. For days, and at least one full one of those is without proper pain medication. Geez... I don't even know.

Hotmail is also being fucked up as I try to sign up for an account there, but I don't have the heart to complain about that too...

So instead I'll just end with how awesome it is that I have a friend coming in tomorrow from New Jersey so we can finally chill for the first time since AnimeNEXT, and we'll probably go see Avenue Q, assuming we can get the tickets. Which should be AMAZING, especially considering how we both already know the soundtrack~

-My apologies, but the pun has to be made... Wicked is wicked good. XD Yeah, I'm sorry. But it truly is amazing. I can't think of anything I would rather have done on the eve of my A.P. U.S. History exam.

-A.P. U.S. History exam was today by the way. Easy. Granted, I've been taking the one year course spread out over three years, but... easy.

-Saw Star Trek again today, just to see it with a proper theater audience, and to say I'd seen it on opening day. Still awesome. STILL GO SEE IT.

-Zachary Quinto is far too gorgeous for his own good. I'm even seeing him as SYLAR in a different light... a very, very good one. And all I can say is, in both of his major roles, albiet for different reasons, he loves me for my mind. XD

On the bright side, I have the Stephen Schwartz concert tomorrow (SQUEE!!!) and as soon as I get to see Avatar, there will be a SHIRTLESS ZUKO!!!! You will want to keep 50 feet away from me as I'm fangirling. Or at least 10 feet, because I assure you, you're not going to want to be in the middle of that.  XD

So, since I don't really have anything else to talk about today, I'm finally going to post my cosplay pics from _loudnproud_and my party of two!!  XD  Just in case you can't tell, I'm supposed to be Mai, and _loudnproud_is Jun.

So I return to Livejournal!! I'm sure you're all thrilled.  XD I'm sorry I was gone for so long, but I have the World's Crappiest Internet. It literally didn't connect at all all weekend, and yesterday I was just trying to catch up on my fpage. I didn't even catch up all the way...

Anywho, onto other news, _loudnproud_, you are awesome. The fanmix is fantastic, and YOU PUT EMO KID ON THE CD TOO!!! XD You are so officially awesome to me, it's... awesome.  XD

Friday:
Avatar!! Yays!!


Saturday:
I went to go see Elizabeth: The Golden Age with nature_gurl, which was alright. It probably would have been better as a movie if you had rented the DVD, or at least it will be better like that when the DVD comes out. Basically, the movie was fine, and Cate Blanchett is one of my goddesses of acting since she was in LOTR, which is what qualifies any god or goddess of acting, but as a movie, it was just okay. But still, it was fun seeing her again, and then there was a street fair nearby the movie theater on 42nd street, so we went there before the movie and browsed all the cheap jewelery, and filled up on street fair food, like Nutella crepes and lemonade, and some beef-y thing that she had. So that pretty much rocked.

Sunday:
Not much happened, I did my homework and all that kind of stuff, but one awesome thing did happen: I got an awesome, shiny, new cell phone!! Really, I got the Verizon EnV, and it's awesome and I love it and it's fantastic. I'll probably actually post a pic or three of it when I finally am able to do a pic dump on here.  XD

Well, Mondays generally suck, but Heroes was yesterday so:

Today:
OMG I miss my House!! Really, why aren't they showing the episode this week? I asked my parents, but got a complete non-answer from them so...

Okay, PSATs tomorrow... it doesn't actually matter, since it doesn't actually mean anything, but I still have to do really well. There's this National Merit Scholarship thing, and they only accept people to be even semi-finalists for it if they are in the 98th percentile of the PSATs or above, and now it turns out that BOTH MY PARENTS WERE SEMI-FINALISTS WHEN THEY TOOK IT, which means that now I have to be too. They say that it's okay if I'm not, and that it's not mandatory or whatever, but then they also said that they know I can be one if I really want to be, which in English means I have to be at least a semi-finalist for it. GAH. But why be sad? The PSATs mean that I miss most of my classes tomorrow, so... um.... I miss most of my classes tomorrow!!

The last thing, I promise: I've decided to start making things for my kinda-newly formed deviantart account, but I'm not sure what I want to draw... I'm thinking I'll do the Zuko/honor comic (you know which one I'm talking about _loudnproud_), but if you guys have any requests, so long as they're not shipping Zuko with anyone, I'll attempt to do it!  XD

Avatar The Last Airbender, Book 3 Fire, Chapter 4 (seriously peoples, does anyone know the name of next week's episode??): 6 days

So as I suppose you can guess, I was just watching Gone With The Wind. It's absolutely gorgeous, and Vivien Leigh as Scarlett O'Hara is amazing...

Not all that much happened today, but it was still a pretty awesome day. We (my family and I) went into midtown, and we got tickets for this tribute to Stephen Schwartz concert, which should be awesome!! 

Then, we went to the Museum of Television and Radio (technically it has this new name, it's supposed to be named after someone who bought it, or at least contributed a frillion dollars, but I don't really care...) and we saw a little bit of a documentary of the Beatles on Ed Sullivan, and I got this very awesome Star Trek: TNG poster, which makes me happy.  XD 

Lastly, we went to the Broadway Comedy club to see this improv thing, which was absolutely amazing... the comedians there were fantastic, they thought so fast, and they were so good and everything... I was blown away. Now I'm trying to decide if I was discouraged by that, feeling like I'll never be that good, or if I was encouraged, and they've given me an aspiration to be as good as them.... I actually, honestly don't know.

Not entirely over my cold yet, I still have a sore throat and everything... honestly today I was just well enough to go to school, so I completely crashed in last period American History. I nearly fell asleep and everything...

Lastly, I was thinking of making a fanmix, but I don't have a particular focus yet... suggestions? It would probably be an Avatar fanmix, because Avatar screenshots are usually easier to photoshop for the cover, but I don't know. Any ideas are welcome, and will be credited!!  XD

My apologies about not posting about these earlier, but my computer decided to hate me. I am probably so behind on my fpage, but I haven't even checked it yet...

And before I get into the fangirlery, I would like to mention how wierd my parents are. First they say that they're okay with my fangirling, but then they ask me not to squee during House last night. So then I said something along the lines of "But that's what fangirling is. So are you okay with me being a fangirl or not?" and they basically said that I can be a fangirl, but I can't squee, which basically means that I can't be a fangirl. They have clearly not adjusted to me being a nerd yet...

And now onto the fangirly fun!

Okay, my major reaction post is over. So today there's Bionic Woman, which should be pretty cool, and then Avatar as my whole awesome TV cycle picks up again!!  XD
