...I'm a very confident person. I actually believe in myself, I like myself, et cetera... but I still find it so amazing when someone actually thinks I'm interesting and likes talking to me, likes spending time with me, actively wants me around them more. I've been on the outside looking in for so long- I'm almost incredulous when someone pulls me in too.

Also, for the first time in years, I will be buying a Halloween costume. But it's not my fault- THEY HAVE STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION UNIFORMS. WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?? OF COURSE I'LL BE GOING AS A STAR FLEET OFFICER!!

So, I have a NYAF post-con meetup tomorrow, which should be awesome~ There will be pics and everything!

...But that meetup will be preceeded by the SATs.  DX Because, you know, excepcional scores simply aren't good enough. A 2040 out of 2400, a 1410 out of 1600- or it can be seen as a 630 out of 800 in writing, a 660 out of 800 in math, and a 750 OUT OF 800 IN CRITICAL READING simply isn't good enough.  DX

On the other hand, Star Trek: TNG uniform. (Even if it is $50 and I'll have to save up for it... it's worth it.) And cosplay meetup. And I need to sleep now, so... yeah. Apologies if this made no sense...

SATs suck ass. Same with ACTs. I swear, I'm not going to get into nice colleges simply because they judge by test scores ;o;

Oooh, sounds like an awesome costume! It'll be worth the $50 if you wear it a lot and if it's well made, I think!

Exactly! And I already have really good scores, I didn't need to take it again... but too late now. Oh well, at least I'll really never have to take it again now~

And it's probably not at all well made, but... I'll definately wear it a lot anyway, so. XD

lol they have this really crapy star fleet uniform for sale at Superstore (canadian version of wallmart) and I was so tempted to waste the $40 just to buy it.

(instead, I wasted the $40 on a flapper dress. xD)

Yeah, I'm probably going to get it once I get the money together. I also want to get the movie!cadet uniform, since I want to cosplay Gaila (the green girl), but... we'll see how it goes. Maybe I'll get the money together... or they'll mark it down the day after Halloween, if the stores are still up...

And that's a very worthwhile thing to spend the $40 on. XD

I've never taken the S.A.T.s. . .Then again I knew I wasn't going to collage so, yeah.

I have TNG Starfleet Uniform from BACK IN THE DAY. When the show was still on the air. A friend of mines name is Jean-Luc so he gets Picard jokes ALL the time and hates it. So he gave me the costume. If you want to see it being used go into some of the older pictures on my cosplay.com gallery.

Yeah... I already took it once, but my scores aren't good enough- they have to be ~*exceptional*~ because I have ~*potential*~. DX

And... yeah, I wasn't even born for most of the time it was on the air... or I was 1 or 2. The first thing I remember LeVar Burton (Geordie) for is he was the guy from Reading Rainbow. But I still love it lots now, so I'm totally getting it, and I'm wearing it for Halloween. XD
