Well, to my American flisters, happy Thanksgiving! And to all my friends here who aren't from the U.S., have fun and eat anyway! Because good food is good. XD

Sorry I haven't been on at all recently- not only have I been busy with homework and college applications, but now I'm in a mad dash to try to catch up with my NaNoWriMo, so, uh... can you say 5,000 words per day? While I'm also dealing with school and whatnot?

And then, as if that weren't bad enough, for what spare time I do have, D.Gray-Man now REALLY has me in it's grip and will not let go. I can't stop watching it! And there's so much of it to watch too... on the bright side, that means there is a Lenalee cosplay coming up soon~

Apropos of nothing, people need to stop disrespecting me for being a Twilight fan. If you don't like the series, that's fine. I'm not going to tell yoy what you can and cannot like. But when I mention Twilight and you actually go out of your way to tell me that you've lost respect for me because I like it? When, after I've specifically told you that I like the series, so please don't insult it and bitch about it to me and you ignore that and do it anyway? When you say that Twilight sucks when you've never even read the series... even seen the movie, and you can't even give me a reason for it? I'm not the one being crazy or stupid. You are. And you need to shut the fuck up.

...Yeah, I just had to get that one out.

Also, I'm pretty sure it's the 26th by this point, so...

for what it's worth I don't disrespect people for being twilight fans.

for being batshit insane twilight fans, yes. See: people that come up to RPatz with bleeding wounds and ask them to lick them.

for trying to tell me it's good literature, yes.

for trying to push the books on me, yes.

but not for reading twilight.

But then there's the people that call Stephenie Meyer a goddess of literature and hail her as better then Stephen King and rank her up there with J.R. Tolkien and I have to put my foot down.

(For the record, I read most of the first book and honestly all I got was disgust and a sense of wonderment at how flat the characters were, and a question of why teen literature has degraded so much, and how anyone could miss the Mormon/LDS propoganda sprinkled throughout the book. It's worrying to me.)

Oh, don't worry about it. I don't get pissed at people who are just scared of the crazies. I'm scared of the crazies. It's just when people refuse to consider anyone else when talking about Twilight. I don't think that the Twilight books are THE BESTEST BOOKS EVER ZOMG!!1!one!!! but I do like them- I think they're fun. And it pisses me off when people judge me for that- especially when they automatically assune I'm one of the crazies for liking it at all.

But someone just not liking it? Totally fine with that. If they've read it, and have actual reasons for not liking it. I just can't stand people judging me like that.

Okay, so I thought you were talking about my Twilight rant/post for a minute there and I was freaking out, but I've never said I hated you/respected you less or anything like that for liking the series, so I calmed down.

My own personal issues with Twilight aside, OMFG YOU HAVE A PERSONALITY! How DARE YOU like Twilight, you FREE WILLED human being!! Don't think for yourself, hate it because I HATE IT! Still won't conform to my ways? Fine then, but just so you know, I've lost any and all respect I had of you.

I may not like Twilight, but I'm not going to attack you for it. You like Mai and I don't (actually you love Mai lol) but I've never told you to shove it because of that. Of the top five things I cannot stand in this world, one of those are ignorant pigs that can't like or respect you if you differ from them. They are the people responsible for racial, sexual ect. discrimination.

Oh, yeah, this wasn't in response to anything online- it's all stuff from real life.

But thank you~ Ignorance is one of the top five things that I absolutely hate too... it's just so... gah. But I won't go into that for now.

I personally don't like it for purposes different than the lulz, but it's not like it should be anybody's business what you enjoy and what you don't if you're not like "IN YOUR FACE" all the time...
